It is almost too difficult to find beautiful beach in Trabzon. After the coastal road construction , there was a serious decrease in the beaches. But in recent years, Kalekoy beach near Vakfikebir, which has developed itself in every sense, has entered our life. Most recently when I went to Kalekoy beach last summer,  I realized that the facility  has developed itself in terms of concept and beach design. Facility has turned into a place where people can have a great time with their families with its restaurant, buffet, beach, sunbeds. It is very comfortable environment, the sea is very clear. I advise you to visit. Of course,  don't forget to taste local delicacies while you are at Vakfikebir district. There are many beautiful restaurants which make delicious  doner, meatball and pita.

Trabzon'da güzel bir plaj bulmak neredeyse çok zordur. Hele hele sahil yol yapımından sonra plajlarda ciddi bir azalma görülmüştü. Ancak son yıllarda gittikçe kendini her anlamda geliştiren Vakfıkebir yakınlarındaki Kaleköy plajı hayatımıza giriş yaptı. En son bu yaz gidişimde gerek tesis gerek plaj anlamında çok önemli yol katettiğini farkettim. Restoranı, büfesi, şezlongları, aile bölümü  ile ile insanların çok güzel vakit geçireceği bir yere dönüşmüş. Aileler için oldukça rahat bir ortam, denizi çok temiz. Yolunuz düşerse mutlaka uğrayın. Tabi ki Vakfıkebir'e gelmişken yöresel lezzetleri de tatmayı  unutmayın. Vakfıkebir'de çok lezzetli döner,pide ve köfte yapan mekanlar var.
