Trabzon Map - How to go to Trabzon from Istanbul ?

There are two ways to go to  Trabzon. First way is by bus , second is by plane. There are two airline companies  which are going to Trabzon from Istanbul and there are many bus  companies which are going to Trabzon but I will suggest 4 of them to you.

For air transportation , companies are Turkish airlines and Pegasus airlines.  Flight tickets of Pegasus are cheaper than Turkish airlines. But I always choose Turkish airlines. Sometimes I am able to find same prices with Pegasus in Turkish airlines. There is no food servis in Pegasus airlines. But Turkish Airlines is giving delicious foods during flight. Prices of tickets are approximately, as return ticket ; between 200 TL - 400 TL I mean  35$-70$. During national holidays in Turkey, these prices are reaching to 700TL (120$). I can just recommend you that don't come to holiday in these national holidays in Turkey. Transportations would be very expensive in these dates. It just takes 1 hour 45 minutes from Istanbul to Trabzon by airplane.

For bus transportation, companies are Metro, Suzer, Ali Osman Ulusoy and Lux Karadeniz. Ticket prices are between 140TL-150 TL , just 25$. This is one way. As return ticket , it is 50$. It takes 16 hours. Buses are stopping 4 times for break. It is very long journey. You can check all bus ticket from below link.
